I hand hammered this large pebble into a gentle bowl shape.  The tiny hammer marks create a beautiful texture on the silver.  Inspired by the gentle curves the river carved into rocks, this necklace is simple but elegant in natural way.  The chain features handmade silver clasp and I have oxidized the silver to make the pebble stand out.  The necklace is long with a total length of aprod. 25 inches, perfect for a long black dress (my personal favorite styling) or in a boho outfit with multiple layers.  Silver is high quality sterling.

I make each piece by hand using traditional, eco-friendly practices in my upstate New York studio from solid metals and natural materials.

Made to order

Each Jewelry by Sydney piece is made to order, making each piece truly one of a kind. Allow up to two weeks for regular production, and 3-4 for custom and larger pieces. If you need faster delivery please reach out and I will do my best to assist.

Choosing Your Metal

I use unplated silver, copper and brass in my jewelry. Each metals has its own unique properties and beauty. I enjoy the natural patina that brass and copper develop, but please see my jewelry care page for more info on the metals I use.

Packaged with intention

I package each piece of jewelry in a recycled box with natural twine for a simple but chic look.
